ISUPPORT HOW TO TURN OFF EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS UPDATE
There is a new status status A way to update project members on the progress of a project. A project you are a member of has new tasks. A comment is posted in a Conversation you're following. Read more is started in a team or a project you're a member of Start a conversation on any project or team page. A conversation conversation Conversations are how users communicate in Asana. A task you are following is given a Like. A task you are following is marked complete complete To mark a task with a checkmark to indicate that it is done. A task you are following has new comments comments Comment on a task or conversation to offer help, answer questions, and help move work forward. A task you are following has new attachments attachments A file that is attached to a task or conversation. You have been added as a follower of a task. A task assigned to you has its due date due date The date that a task or subtask is due. Asana allows one assignee per task or subtask. A task is assigned assigned The person responsible for the task or subtask. You will receive an email notification for the following activities: If you do not have tasks in one of these categories, this section will not appear in the email. Overdue tasks will not appear in Daily Summary emails. Tasks You've Assigned to Others = This section will display tasks that you have recently assigned to others, regardles of whether the task has a due date or not. Tasks Recently Assigned = This section will display tasks that were recently assigned to you, regardless of whether the task has a due date or not. Tasks Due Soon = These are the tasks that are assigned to you that are due within the next 5 days. This email will include any or all of the three applicable sections: We will send out a clear daily update (Mon-Fri, excluding weekends) on what you need to focus on in Asana that day. Go to Asana Inbox, where you can filter notifications by: Notifications on deleted Teams & deleted projects cannot be turned off as they contain links that allow you to recover them. Adjust the notifications for each project in My Profile Settings. Remove yourself as a Collaborator on tasks, conversations or projects.

If you do not want email notifications, you can turn them off using the instructions in the section above and use Inbox Inbox My Inbox displays activity on tasks, projects, or conversations a user follows.
